Proof of Intent to be integrated into Inspira’s family financial-education platform serving more than 100,000 users

Partnering with ReLeaf allows us to put a human signature on important decisions, so our users see that an action took place because they authorized it, not because a system simply assumed it.”

LIMA, LIMA, PERU, September 17, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ -- ReLeaf Financial, Inc., the company behind patented Proof of Intent technology, and Inspira Te ilumina, the Peruvian platform for family financial education and inclusion, today announced a partnership to integrate Proof of Intent into Inspira’s digital ecosystem.

The collaboration is intended to give Inspira users a clear, auditable record that a human authorized a sensitive action — even when software or an AI agent assists with the workflow. Inspira has described itself as an education-first ecosystem, not a bank. The partnership is about trust in the moment a family acts, not about replacing Inspira’s teaching model.

Inspira Te ilumina reports more than 100,000 people on the platform and has been recognized as a StartUp Perú 12G winner. ReLeaf’s Proof of Intent is designed as a software control: it binds a person’s authorization to a specific action so organizations can show who intended what, when.

“Families in Peru do not lack products. They lack confidence that the system is acting with them, not around them,” said Alfredo Ismael Núñez, founder and CEO of Inspira Te ilumina. “We built Inspira so people can learn, save, and decide as a family. Partnering with ReLeaf lets us put a human signature on the decisions that matter, so our users can see that an action happened because they authorized it — not because a system assumed it.”

“Agentic software is already initiating work that used to require a person in the room,” said Christopher Surdak, founder and CEO of ReLeaf Financial. “The missing piece is not another chatbot. It is proof that a human intended the act. Inspira is live with families in Peru. That is the right place to show that Proof of Intent works outside a lab — in a product people already use.”

The companies are integrating Proof of Intent into Inspira’s platform in Peru. Commercial terms were not disclosed. Additional markets will be considered after the Peruvian deployment.
